Big Data Ignite is the first event of its kind in Michigan. It is an event for the big data and cloud practitioners to meet, share ideas, and create the next wave of technology. We expect Big Data Ignite to be a vibrant and well attended conference, which is why we have chosen the DeVos Place, which is optimally located and can accommodate large number of attendees. Big Data Ignite 2016 will be a one-day conference, Sept 30th, with a pre-conference workshop day, Sept 29th.

Sponsorship Levels
Sponsorship starts with a base sponsorship level of Event, Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze. You can also add a number of optional items listed later in the prospectus. If you are interested in a sponsorship without a table, please contact us and we have options for that as well.
This year there is also an option for company ticket blocks, which may in some cases be a better match than sponsorship.

Optional Items
All optional items require a Bronze or higher sponsorship. Cost listed is in addition to the base cost.
Lanyard Sponsor – $2,000
You provide the lanyards that every attendee will wear around their neck – a great way to get exposure throughout the conference.
Preconference Party Sponsor – $3,000
The night before the main conference we’ll have a party for the sponsors and the speakers. All party sponsor get special recognition for party support and a table at the party.
Hotel Key Cards – $2,000
Put a custom design with your logo on it into the hands of every attendee staying at the conference hotel! This is a great way to put your brand out there in a highly visible way. Sponsorship includes all costs and ordering – we’ll take care of everything and work with you on the design.
Video Sponsor (6 remaining) – $1,500
Big Data Ignite will make the session videos available for free to non-attendees following the conference. As a video sponsor, you support the recording and release of these videos. In exchange, your logo will be displayed in the pre-roll slides before every Big Data Ignite video. We expect these videos will get heavy viewership through our YouTube meetup channels. Video sponsorship is a great way to get an impact from Big Data Ignite after the conference.
Caption Sponsor (4 remaining) – $1,500
To make the conference a better experience for a greater group of attendees, we provide live captioning in the main theater for all keynotes and sessions. Your logo will be displayed on the caption screen throughout the conference.
Theater Banner (2 remaining) – $1,500
Note: Must be a Silver sponsor or higher.
Post a free-standing banner (provided by you) on the Big Data Ignite main stage throughout the conference.
Meeting room Banner (8 remaining) – $1,000
Post a free-standing banner (provided by you) on one of the Big Data Ignite meeting rooms throughout the conference.
